CHICAGO — The Chicago Cubs regularly conduct charity work through the Advocate Children's Hospital, which is located in the Chicago area. As a result, relief pitcher Rowan Wick, who is currently taking part in his first season with the Cubs, has established a close bond with a patient.

A young man named Anthony recently had the opportunity to meet Wick, as Wick is Anthony's favorite baseball player. On Tuesday, @AdvocateKids on Twitter tweeted out a video of the heartwarming hug that the two shared in Anthony's hospital room.
