Cubs starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks was named the National League Outstanding Pitcher on Wednesday night as part of the 2016 Player's Choice Awards.
Hendricks was 16-8 with a sparkling 2.13 ERA with 170 strikeouts and a 0.98 WHIP on the season. For his career, he is 31-17 with a 2.92 ERA with 170 strikeouts and a 1.07 WHIP. Congrats #PlayersChoiceAwards16 NL #OutstandingPitcher ...
