WATCH: Lester throws glove to 1st base for out

Chicago Cubs pitcher Jon Lester has had well documented problems with throwing to first base and picking off runners during his career.

However, in the following video, he had no issues throwing his own glove to Rizzo to get the out at first base in the second inning.

Rizzo had great awareness as he dropped his own glove in anticipation of catching Lester's glove.
